Packaging and Labeling Guidelines
Follow these 4 recommended packaging tips

1. Choose the right packaging
- Use a strong undamaged box or any bubble padded packaging
- Select a packaging that is not too big or too small that comfortably holds your contents
- Pack heavier items in a double-wall box for added strength

2. Cushion your contents
- Wrap and pack all items separately
- Wrap any sharp edges or protrusions with extra padding
- Fill all empty space with appropriate filler material to prevent movement during shipping

3. Seal the box securely
- Use packing tape that is at least 3” (7.6 cm) wide
- Seal all flaps and seams using the H–style taping method below
- Never use masking tape, cellophane tape, duct tape, string, rope or elastic to seal packages
The H–style taping method for boxes:
- Apply one strip of tape to the centre seam
- Seal the edge seams on both ends with two strips of tape
- Repeat the process for the top of the box

4. Label the packaging clearly
- Remove shipment labels and markings from previous used packaging.
- Never place a label over seams, fold it over box edges or apply tape over it
- Place the shipping label so that barcode is facing up
- For international shipments, Include 3 copies of the commercial invoice with every package
